Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp or phone and the advance payment is received. Prices on the website are a guide; your final price is the one in your quote.

Prices and deals

• Nightly rates depend on the day of the week, the number of guests and the season, and can change until your booking is confirmed.
• Deals and same-day offers are subject to availability, apply only to the nights mentioned, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Extra guests above the number included in the rate are charged as mentioned in your quote.

Payments and cancellations

The advance amount, balance due date and cancellation terms for your villa are shared in your quote before you pay. Please read them before confirming.

At the villa

• Check-in and check-out times, house rules and the maximum number of guests are set for each villa and shared before your stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa or its contents during the stay.
• Please follow local rules on noise, music and parties.

Photos and information

We try to keep photos, amenities and details accurate. Small differences can happen; tell us before booking if something is important to you.

Liability

Villa Planet connects guests with villa owners. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, or for delays and changes caused by weather, power cuts or other events outside our control.
